AFMA  —  Web  —  UX / UI

Background  —

The Armed Forces Muslim Association (AFMA) work closely with the Ministry of Defence to provide support for muslims serving in the British military. As such, the AFMA website is a central resource for those seeking help, however the user experience made it difficult to navigate.

As part of a wider brand refresh, I was responsible for the planning, UX and design of the AFMA website, engaging with relevant teams where necessary and presenting to the client.

Approach  —

A legacy of layered content made the old AFMA website confusing and non-user friendly. Following an audit of the website, I revised the site structure entirely, working with the content team to incorporate new, relevant content areas. Finally, I revisited the AFMA branding to give the site a fresh, clean look.
